Well a little about me… <sarcasm> yeah this is easy to write </sarcasm>
I was born in Edmonton Alberta ( Canada for all you foreigners ), in 1977. I worked for XentelDM for about 12 years until I moved full time into my own tech business selling and repairing PC’s. After a few years that market went through huge change and profits became virtually impossible for the small builders. So I moved on to Internet Marketing and development where I am still currently working.
I own several productive web properties, and have a few partnerships with some great folks around the world. For example my good friend Seb (Basti) from Germany whom I work with to make Anime-Movie-Site.com, a wildly popular site amongst anime fans which has grown very much over the past few months thanks mostly to Basti’s hard work handling virtually all the content for this website.
Aside from work I spend most of my time making music, hanging with my girl and our dogs, enjoying the great outdoors fishing, hiking, biking etc. I also enjoy reading about social and political issues and trying to keep myself informed about the issues of the day. I dont fit very well in the typical political alignments of left vs right. I am my own mind and very much enjoy having ideas that are outside of ordinary.
In September 2009 my girlfriend Connie and I moved from Edmonton Alberta to Creston British Columbia for the simple reason of looking for a change. We wanted to be closer to nature, be able to enjoy mountains, clean lakes, great fishing and a generally slower pace of life. Creston was a great fit for us, while economically depressed, Creston has something very “real” about it that is bigger than a thriving economy, the people are very friendly and warm, the air is clean, the weather is amazing, and the scenery is beautiful. Without a doubt the quality of life here is much better than it ever was in Edmonton. Dont get me wrong, I love Edmonton… its just different.
I am not religious but I was raised with Christian values, sans the church. For that I am grateful to my mom for allowing me the freedom to choose.. Well played mom.
I find writing a challenge, especially about myself… so please bear with me while I explore this.
